Organisation/Drafting and Planning: GENIUS MOMENT!

Oh my goodness, everyone, I got a new idea for my trailer in terms of how to set it out as a teaser and I'm feeling so proud of myself!!! 

Inspired by the 'Chicago - Cell Block Tango' clip (I'll put the clip below again), I'm thinking of basing the 'base part' of the trailer with Senara in prison OR in hiding, just giving an account of her experience!

I think she'd either be in PRISON, an ASYLUM or in HIDING...

Prison:
She'd be like one of the women in the above clip; all very sassy about it and 'he had it commin' (in which she may be talking about a RANGE of men she's been with... or maybe her 'lover' did betray her... Or if her lover was GOOD ,aybe when she was asked about him, she'd get all vulnerable and sensitive.)

Asylum:
She'd be all bruised up and dark eyed (I might get me a bald cap and make myself look like something from Alice Madness (I'll pop an image below) and she'd be so depressed that she's gone either mad (Harley Quinn-ish) or just quiet and weary... Or even both, she's mad!

Hiding:
She'd be in her usual clothes, but looking very rough (she's been in isolation for ages, maybe hiding from her haters/police) and paranoid, weary and depressed. She could be mad too! She's become her own prisoner.

But you don't see her in the prison/asylum/hiding environment maybe until the end.

The next part of filming I want to mention is the series of shots when it reveals her being 'found' someplace by someone else... showing close ups of her legs with blood on it, her bloody fingers and different elements of her Succubus face... I'm thinking maybe in a forest, but if forests are seriously too 'mainstream' then I'd need to find an alleyway to film in... But I don't know of many alleyways!

I think I'll use the 'mainstream' forest for this part :)

The third part of filming I want to mention too is that I was thinking that when she 'killed' her lover and is on the 'run' from herself, there could be a series of shots when she's walking through the streets, and she's just minding her own business (maybe she killed her second victim now since 'going dark'...) and with every turn or look, one of the sins would turn up. She'd double take, find them gone. She'd continue her journey, turn a corner and see another; she'd drop behind a wall, breathe heavily and freak out a bit. She'd peek over the wall to see them gone... Feeling incredibly embarrassed and insecure, she continues her journey, pulling her hood up, on the verge of tears. 

An easier set of scenes I wish to talk about is perhaps elements of Senara's every day life; getting dressed (the 'pulling stockings up' and 'make-up on' scenes I drew a story board on) and maybe her looking at herself in the mirror then seeing something she hates... Just little achievable things like that I could film at home in my own time :D

The final set of scenes I want to mention are the 7 Deadly Sins scenes... Maybe while she was on 'her journey' (when she was seeing the scenes along the way) she speed walks to a dark corner. 

Then 'wrath' would appear (maybe wearing dark clothes), press her forehead and she'd gracefully faint, and he abducts her.
You see Gluttony follow a trail of sweets, gobbling them up along the way. You follow her and you see some of the other sins... I need to think of what each sin could do or what they could be doing with each other.... Here're some possibilities of what could go on with the sins!

Pride would be checking in anyone who'd want to enter the forest. Once wrath puts her down and awakens her, she checks over Senara to see if she's worthy (anyone's worthy really) and she draws her into the forest in which you end up seeing all this action.

Envy would be 'photo bombing' in each shot with a grimace expression, she'd get closer and closer to the screen, jealous to get some air-time too. She'd eventually rip the camera off me fiercely (in which she could be attacking Senara/audience) or alternatively you see her attack the person having the most air-time. 

Gluttony would be perhaps stealing any food anyone has, but a great shot I thought of once was her doing a 'sweet-angel' on the ground. 
Sloth would be dragging himself around the forest (yet I'd need to film these events in quite tightly; it needs to seem a lot is going on at once sometimes) but mainly he's fast alseep by a tree, and maybe Greed is trying to wake him up (to receive the money sloth owes) and Greed gets Wrath to beat up Sloth.
Greed would mainly be thieving money from people being all stealthy, then when someone notices, they bow/cower to her since she passes herself off as a rich, authoritative woman who ought to be respected and feared (especially since Wrath is her bodyguard)
I could end up swapping Greed's 'looking respected, people cowering' for Pride and put Greed at the 'checking in' stage to inspect them... I'll decide that based on audience feedback.

With wrath, he's where all the chaos is... He'd be carrying people around (especially Senara at times) and going crazy and being all scary!

And Senara is the 'final sin' Lust... So the 7 Deadly Sins want her to join their group, but she doesn't want to succumb into it; hence all this palava.

But I'm so proud that I managed to think up some more ideas on how to make the trailer more 'fluent' and having a running story now, especially since it'll be a teaser. All I need to do now is storyboard it and maybe figure out music (and obviously FILM IT!)
