Drafting and Planning/Organisation: More storyboard ideas and dates to film

I had a few more ideas for my storyboard, but I still have a way to go in terms of filling up the film content; I'm struggling with it a bit unfortunately.

But here's some more of what I've come up with...


Potential first set of shots:

 These leg shots were actually rather tricky to do on myself, but I'll try again and if it still doesn't
work then I'll think of an alternative.

 I'd imagine soft piano music in the beginning, like the film 'Her' when it films the beautiful details of things rather than large events. It makes it more personal and a more delicate beginning. Perhaps this beginning is showing part of Senara's 'getting ready' routine is when she's looking for more victims.

Potential second set of shots:

 I'm not sure whether this cute set of shots should come yet so soon, or if there should be more character introduction (maybe an introduction to Isaac; Stephen's character) to show a greater idea of her way of life... Or maybe that'd be lead by the dialogue and maybe some cross cutting.

Whether I actually wear my latex elf ears just depends on how they fit. It's an idea I'd either keep or toss but it wouldn't make too much of a difference if I toss it.

Potential shot:

Mobile phones obviously being a necessity for contacting people, maybe Isaac uses it to contact her somehow. Whether it be a good text message or a bad one, is uncertain at the moment. Maybe it shows the display of previous texts being mainly cute. OR maybe the previous texts say things such as 'I don't trust myself' or hints to what she is...
MAYBE there could be cross cutting of the him texting her saying something like 'Do what feels natural' and then cuts to her whispering into his ear 'trust me... you don't want me to do that'

Potential set of shots:

I was thinking of including some shots about Isaac's everyday life. Or maybe him getting ready for a 'date' of some sort. Maybe a series of shots with him could include some dialogue narration of his life or on love etc. Or maybe a discussion with his friend about this new girl he's seeing (refer to 'Quotes' blog post)


I still have a lot to plan for this trailer, including some more shots as well as dialogue and buying anymore props or costumes. I have organised some days for filming; such as this Saturday I'll be filming with Stephen (with Paige's help too hopefully) and on my Trailer Facebook Group Chat, I've looked at when people are available; it's hard to find a day (for example, in the October half term break from the 23'rd October - 2nd November) to find a day when EVERYONE'S available. So I'll just have to grab people whenever they can be involved and use the power of editing to make it seem as if everyone's there!
