HALLELUJAH, I GOT A NEW IDEA WHICH IS MUCH BETTER THAN MY LAST ONE (though still keeping some aspects from the last idea).
The journey to this new idea...
I was, again, inspired by the video game
'Alice Madness Returns' (by American McGee)
I've always adored this game; especially in the presentation of Alice; being a complex female character with an agenda on her mind of simply coming to terms with WHO SHE IS and fighting her inner demons (finally something which portrays how complex women can be!)
So in terms of my trailer idea, I'm thinking of removing the 'Succubus' idea (and with it, getting rid of the STD jokes that people make of it) and instead, she's a human girl, trying to work out her place within herself, usually consuming herself in movies and keeping herself in her daydreams, until life takes a swing on her and she gives into the pressures of life. From this pressure she goes into a bad lifestyle (which I'll explain in a moment) but soon she finds her imagination and mentality has changed. She fears she's lost herself. It was through 'losing herself' that she 'found herself' I guess...

The next source of inspiration was the trailer
'Shame' starring Michael Fassbender
'Shame' starring Michael Fassbender
I know I mentioned this trailer in a previous post but I done some research into it, and apparently, because the story was so respectful, truthful, emotion and beautiful, 30% of sex addicts (in America I think) admitted their problem and went to get help, and that struck me hard. So there's an example that movies DO help people! Anyway, I took inspiration from this (as well as my previous idea and experiences) to figure out what her 'bad lifestyle' became...
The protagonist began to feel oppressed and unloved and seeks to be 'desired' and 'appreciated'. She goes down the route of experiencing each Deadly Sin, but primarily lust. But she tells no one of this 'sexual alter ego' she has; she only shows it to strangers online... But strangers who soon expect more and more. This is especially inspired by the part in 'Shame' when Michael Fassbender is on his laptop and you hear a woman saying 'You wanna play?'

She realises how she's 'in too deep' with this 'fun' she's having, and tries to remember who she once was... She looks at the people closest to her observing how they make harsh judgments of others who do these 'immoral' things, and how she's secretly one of them. Feeling like the 'black sheep' she re-evaluates her life, but cannot deny the urge to keep doing these immoral things... She watches herself become like a used toy and a broken doll; she finds herself trapped in a web of which she cannot break from, and so she isolates. For doing nothing means she cannot do wrong.
But whether she finds herself again I'm unsure of... It would include her standing up for herself more or watching those movies that used to inspire her. That'd be a different story though I suppose, but for now, there's my new trailer idea... and I'm very proud of it :)
